27-November-02 Anna attended the premiere of "The War Bride" last night and the subsequent After-party, dressed in a Colette Dinnigan outfit and made quite a few of today's Showbiz columns.

14-November-02 If you missed the issue of FHM with Anna in, check out the annual "Girls of FHM" book (in newsagents now) - it features a couple of the shots from the photo-shoot along with a short interview.
Also look out (at long last) for the UK cinema release of "The War Bride" - according to most of the cinema release timetables and the IMDB, it is due out on 29 November. It still has yet to see a video/DVD release in Canada or the US.
26-October-02 Timeline film details updated - Also heard from "someone" who has seen a preview first edit of the film and that it is looking very good indeed. The castle siege is very realistic....

16-October-02 Anna attended the launch of the Versace Retrospective Exhibition in London on Monday night ( 14 October). She looked so stunning in the Versace Couture dress she wore, that The Mirror labelled it "the Versace & Anna Show" !!! (the exhibition is taking place at the V & A Museum !!). Pictures to follow
15-October-02 Anna has donated a pair of shoes to be auctioned as part of LEPRA's "Celebrity Shoe Auction" which will start from 8 November on Ebay. The shoe details read as:
Anna Friel - Timeline, Me Without You, An Everlasting Piece, Sunset Strip, A Midsummer Nights Dream, Mad Cows & Brookside. Anna has very kindly donated a pair of wine colour Gina shoes, size 4 ½. Both shoes have been signed in blue pen on the sole of each shoe and read, "Anna XXX". Anna has also written in the shoe box, "Best wishes from Anna Friel".
So now we know Anna's shoe size !!! :-)

25-July-02 If you nip through to your local "Blockbuster" video store, you may find that they are now selling their ex-rental copies on tape & DVD of "Me Without You". As I'm unaware of the sell-through release date as yet - its a great chance to get them at a bargain price.
22-July-02 Recently you may have heard a very familiar voice advertising "Vodaphone" on local radio ( the "How Are You?" advert ) - and "Yes", you will have been correct. Anna completed the voice recording for Vodaphone a couple of months ago (Thanks to D for the info!)

20-March-02 NEWS - Anna today confirmed that she will be (after earlier unsubstantiated reports in 1 or 2 newspapers) filming the new Michael Crichton film "Timeline". It will be produced by Richard Donner (of "Lethal Weapon" fame) and starts filming very soon for 16 weeks in Montreal. Read more on the film details here.

In 1996, Anna made a cameo appearance in the promo video for Edward Ball's song "The Mill Hill Self Hate Club". (a great song and one of the unrecognised Creation Records artists !). The song can be found on Ed's "Catholic Guilt" album.
